Three miles south-east is Power Island, a Grand Traverse County Park destination for day-boaters dropping anchor to swim, picnic and kick back. This Lee Point Road waterfront neighborhood is ideal for biking, running, and walking. The 18 mile paved Leelanau bike trail is minutes away, along with golf courses and multiple wineries for tastings and touring. This is a great location close to everything Northern Michigan has to offer!
There are three (3) large bedrooms and two (2) full baths. The main level bedroom has a queen bed with easy access to a full bath with tub shower unit. The two upper level bedrooms have hard wood flooring and share a bath with shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and stunning water views through glass doors and a private balcony overlooking the Bay. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds. A/C floor units are located both upstairs and down and fans are provided for each room as well. A charcoal grill and beach fire pit are available for you to enjoy. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig, and coffee maker. A large flat screen TV for you and your family to enjoy with cable tv and wireless internet. A main level laundry with a washer and dryer is also available for use. This 1600 sq. foot home has everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach!
